We develop a plan of care for each client. The care we provide at Easy Living in Home Care is tailored to fit each client’s individual needs, day or night, and times to suit the client and their family. Even if a client needs assistance just a few times a week for a few hours, whether it’s temporary care following a stay in the hospital or same day surgery, or if it’s just a safeguard visit for a loved one who lives alone and their family works, or out of town, a care provider will go in to check on the client and complete any necessary tasks that the client needs within a one hour time frame. Then, a call is made to the family providing a full report of the client’s well being and family members/MD can log into the family room through ClearCare to access your loved one and/or patients care. Safeguard Visits

Often a regular scheduled visit, once or twice a week, to check that everything is okay will be sufficient. The safeguard visit is especially appreciated by the client's family who often live too far away to visit often, but still want to make sure their family member is doing well.
Post-Hospital Assistance

We will be with your loved one while he or she is in the hospital so that you can get some much needed rest. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to give you the peace of mind that your loved one is not alone.
